Proposed revision to Law Enforcement standard 33.5.1 relating to annual in-service training

At the May 2020 (formerly March in Orlando, FL) meeting of the Standards Review and Interpretation Committee (SRIC) the committee directed staff to post for client comments the following standard.  Please post your comments or send them to CALEA prior to Friday June 19^th, 2020.

33.5.1 (LE1)(M M M M) (LE1) Annual In-Service Training Program

A written directive requires all sworn personnel to complete an annual in-service training program consistent with the position held and functions performed, including legal updates.
