Details
REGISTRATION FORM
Conference registration is open to CALEA members and
non-members. All individuals in attendance must be registered, and only
individuals with an official name badge will be admitted to Conference
workshops. Please note: single tickets to the banquet are available for
spouse and guests to purchase. There
are no other registration options.
The following are the
fees for the Tulsa Conference. Fees may be paid by check, VISA or MasterCard, or by

Fees
before November 11, 2008
Full Registration:
$445 (US)
Includes Wednesday,
Thursday & Friday's workshops, Fridays Commission meetings and workshops, and
Saturdays hearings and awards banquet. Continental breakfast is provided each
morning.
Workshop Only:
$415 (US)
Includes continental breakfast and your choice of workshops on Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday on timely accreditation issues
(Saturday
Hearings and Awards Banquet are not included).
Training Certificates will
be issued to paid registered attendees of training classes.
Group Discount: $10
Any agency registering
4 or more persons for the
full
conference will receive a $10 per person discount.
Banquet Only: $70
(US)
There are no other fee
options.
Candidate Agency Registration
Staff from agencies being
considered for initial or renewal status may register for $115 (US) per person if they
are attending only Saturdays hearings and awards banquet.
Cancellation Policy:
After November 12, 2008,
refunds of conference registration fees will be made less a 10%
administrative charge; no refunds after
November 19, 2008 except in
emergencies. Please submit any cancellation in writing.
