Enclosed in the download are five documents which are required for enrollment into the Public Safety Training Academy Accreditation Program. They are:
- Enrollment Form--basic information about your agency.
- Eligibility Statement-- information about two important topics.
- Invoice--for the accreditation fee. Copies of the invoice options are included: Please return the applicable option as part of your submission.
- Accreditation Agreement--sets forth the terms and conditions of the relationship that will exist between CALEA and your agency during the process of accreditation (please submit two signed copies).
- Agency Profile Questionnaire--contains agency-specific and general community information that permits the assigned CALEA Program Manager to facilitate interaction with the agency’s accreditation manager and provide program related assistance.
- The CALEA Accreditation Compliance Express (CACE) software program order form is also enclosed. Not a requirement for enrolling into the accreditation program, the CACE Program provides a valuable assistant in the overall management of the accreditation process.
