Public Safety Communications Accreditation: Official Enrollment Request Form and Sample Documentation

When an agency is ready to enter the CALEA Public Safety Communications Accreditation Program, it can download an “Enrollment Package.” The package consists of the following items (click links to view sample documents):

  1. Enrollment Form.
  2. Accreditation Agreement.
  3. Publications Subscription and Access Agreement.
