Aaron Greene

Aaron Greene joined the CALEA staff in March 2003, after 24 years with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.  As a Postal Inspector in Charlottesville and Richmond, VA, Aaron investigated robberies, burglaries, employee theft, assaults and security issues relating to postal employees and postal property.  In the early 1980’s Aaron was reassigned to Washington, DC, where his activities focused on undercover assignments dealing with external and internal mail theft.

 

In 1985 he was promoted to the Postal Inspection Service’s National Headquarters as Program Manager in the Planning Branch.  Other assignments included working in the Prevention and Countermeasures Branch, and External Crimes Branch.  His last assignment was Program Manager for Congressional and Public Affairs where he coordinated and supervised liaison activities with Congress and Postal Service Departments. 

 

Aaron, a native of South Carolina, obtained a BA degree in Business Administration from Barnard Baruch College, in New York City.

 

Aaron serves as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, and is the CALEA staff liaison with Commissioners. He manages CALEA’s assessor and team leader records. 

 

Aaron and his wife, Mary, have been married for 31 years.  Their daughter, Janelle, attends the College of William and Mary and son, Eric, is in high school.  Aaron also enjoys golfing, football, and jogging.
