John D. Glover

Eduardo Gonzalez

John is currently Vice President, Corporate Security, for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.  John began his law enforcement career in 1966 when he was appointed as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  In 1986, John was designated as Executive Assistant Director for Administration at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC.  On March 31, 1989, he retired from the FBI.  John attended Florida A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. He later received a Masters degree in Public Administration and a Doctorate degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.  He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and numerous other law enforcement associations.

Eduardo began his law enforcement career, in 1965, with the Metro-Dade Police Department in Miami, Florida.  After a series of promotions, he became Deputy Director of that department in 1986.  In 1992, he left Miami to become Chief of Police in Tampa, FL.  In 1993, he became Director of the U. S. Marshals Service and held that position until his retirement in 1999.  Under his leadership, the Marshals Service became the first federal, law enforcement agency to become CALEA accredited.  Ed has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has graduated from both the FBI’s National Executive Institute and the 113th session of the National Academy.  He is affiliated with the International Association of Police Chiefs, the Police Executive Research Forum, and the American-Hispanic Police Command Officers Association.
