Trophy Awarded

100.tiff (283124 bytes) Major Stan Crowder, Ph.D. of the Marietta, GA (pictured with his father, Billy) received the Garde Nationale Trophy at the 121st National Guard Association of the United States Conference on September 5th in Atlanta. The trophy was presented based on his contributions to the social sciences through his dissertation: Law Enforcement Accreditation: Has It Professionalized American Enforcement? Major crowder is a recruiting officer for the Georgia Army National Guard and an Adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University. Stan is a CALEA assessor.
