Assessor Notice Assessors who have not had retraining since 1996 must take a refresher course and pass a written test in Atlanta to be considered for future use. New assessors must have the endorsement of their CEO to be considered for assessor training. There are provisions for a waiver in special circumstances. Additionally, new assessors must past a written test at the end of their two-day training session.
