Rhonda joined the CALEA staff in March 2004, after 27 years in the retail management arena and as a Program Assistant with the United Negro College Fund throughout the Washington Metropolitan region. Rhonda is a native of Virginia. She is the fifth oldest of 12 siblings. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia. Rhonda serves as administrative assistant to the Executive Director, liaison with Commissioners, and manages our assessor and team leader records.
